What happens after you order
We prepare your order for dispatch. This includes verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging.
Most orders are ready to ship within up to 48 hours. In some cases — such as when payment review or identity verification is required — preparation may take up to 2–7 business days. ALLEMARTLY manages this entire stage.
When your package leaves our facility
Once dispatched, your package enters transit. Delivery to international destinations takes 7–15 business days.
This timeframe applies to shipments going to Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, and various other international locations.
Transit is handled by third-party carriers and customs authorities — not ALLEMARTLY.
Why your delivery might take longer than expected
If your package arrives later than the 7–15 business day estimate, one or more of these external factors likely contributed:
- severe weather conditions
- public holidays
- customs procedures
- transportation disruptions
- local regulations
- customs requirements
- carrier limitations
- country-specific import and transportation policies
These are outside ALLEMARTLY’s operational control. They originate with governments, carriers, or environmental conditions — not our fulfillment process.
What’s outside our control — and what isn’t
ALLEMARTLY controls order preparation: verification, inspection, packaging, and dispatch timing. We do not control transit — including routing, customs clearance, carrier performance, or final-mile delivery.
Because transit depends on third parties and national systems, specific transit timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
We control preparation. Carriers and governments control transit. You’ll always receive tracking — and we’ll respond promptly if something goes off-track.
