RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped or entered production. If a cancellation request is submitted and approved during this stage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead refer to the return provisions outlined below, where applicable.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, remain in its original condition, and be returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a return request.

Returned items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer. Customers must contact our customer service team to obtain the appropriate return instructions and return address before sending any item back.

Customers will not be charged more than one shipping fee in connection with a return. No restocking fees will be applied to approved returns.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email regarding the status of the return request.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing will generally be completed within 7 days after approval, although the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation that it has been processed, we recommend first reviewing your bank account records.

You may also wish to contact your credit card issuer, as posting times can vary. If the refund still does not appear, please contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required before the transaction is reflected in your account.
